1. Business Operator and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to https://lunethi.com (the "Website") and purchases made through the LUNETHi online store.

The Website and the LUNETHi retail brand are operated by Shenqiu County Wuzougu General Merchandise Store (the "Business Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). LUNETHi is the Business Operator's store brand and is not a separate contracting entity.

By using the Website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or replaces any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product-specific or promotion-specific conditions displayed before purchase also apply to the relevant order. They do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.

• Measurements may be subject to reasonable tolerances
• Packaging or minor design details may change without materially changing a product's basic function

Nothing in this section permits us to substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Before purchasing a product involving electricity, batteries, fit, installation, measurements, or device compatibility, confirm that it is suitable for the intended location, device, voltage, and use. Do not use a damaged product or attempt an unsafe repair.

These instructions do not limit any responsibility we have for defective or unsafe products under applicable law.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. An order is accepted when we confirm shipment or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We may reasonably limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order because of:

• Payment failure
• Suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, resale activity, or promotion abuse
• Shipping or legal restrictions
• Other circumstances that make lawful fulfillment impracticable

If we cancel a paid order or item, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, destinations, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking, split shipments, address issues, and customs matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment begins.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged or incorrect products, missing items, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. Please obtain authorization and the correct return instructions before sending any product.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated or required by law. If a product is defective, damaged in transit, materially different from its description, or not the product ordered, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide another appropriate remedy.

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order. A cancellation or change can only be approved if processing or shipment has not progressed too far to make the requested change.

These procedures do not limit any non-waivable statutory rights.

10. Promotions

Discounts, promotional codes, free gifts, multipacks, and shipping offers may be subject to specific product, minimum-purchase, location, time, and eligibility conditions displayed with the offer.

Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may refuse or cancel a promotion obtained through a technical error, fraud, or abuse, subject to applicable law. Any affected paid amount will be handled fairly and refunded where required.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

Subject to any mandatory law that applies to the customer, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer's habitual residence or any other law that cannot validly be excluded.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@lunethi.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. A dispute may be submitted to a court or other dispute-resolution body with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from contacting a competent regulator, consumer-protection body, payment provider, or local court where the law permits.
